Selected for a characteristic pinstripe pattern which provides a uniform,
almost formal appearance. Heartwood content is 80-100%. Knots are
infrequent and no larger than one inch. 100% vertical grain. The area
shown is about 16 square feet.

New Heart Pine Vertical Grain has a heartwood content of 80 - 100%. Knots are small and infrequent. A pin-stripe grain pattern. A pinstripe pattern creates a distinctive linear, somewhat formal look. This grade is 100% vertical grain. The photo is a sample about four square feet
